Final update in crochet jacket

This is the final look of the crochet jacket prepared for my daughter.
As the jacket is crocheted top down,I sowed the front and back portion from armhole leaving the space for pocket to be  crocheted.ie about 5.5 inches.

For the pocket, the stitches were picked around the opening udon slip stitches and the pocket was crocheted in the round using double crochet.

After completing this border around the bottom was crocheted usingfront pst and back post double crochet of three rows then border along front and neck was crocheted in the same way.and two button loops were added in the front.and two wooden buttons were added to complete the jacket.

Development in crochet jacket in lemonpeel stitch

My daughter wanted a jacket like the onemade by viv crochet in lemon peel stitch but a little longer.

I started the two front and back portion from top separately and joined them after leaving some space for pockets and sleeves.

The original jacket is short and knit straight but here I have started increasing stitch es after joining.and finish the jacket after reaching the required length.

Mistake in entralac pattern

When I have knit the whole row of right leaning triangle and was coming back Knitting theleft  leaning row,i suddenly realised that I have not knit the end triangle in the starting of right leaning triangle.row.

At first I thought to leave it as it is as I have to unravel s lot of work.and it was at the side and hard to notice.
I have done the same blunder when I knitted the entralac vest for the very first time.and i didn't notice it at that time.but came to notice after I have completed the vest.it happened about 30 years ago.st that time we got knitting patterns from knitting books and from some acquaintance .this entralac pattern was something new and unique.e

Update on doily tatting

I have climbed to this round at the blue dot in photo using split ring.anf moved in the round further in clockwise direction.as I reached the red spot,to km avoid cutting and rejoining threads I used the split chain technique to join to the base of first split ring.
After I tatted a ring (shown at blue dot)I left some bare thread to tat the chain between the rings, then tatted a ring and left some bare thread for chain tatting and joined to the first split ring using lock join.(at the black dot).now I will tat the chains and reach back to blue dotted point to start the next chain only round.
This is the photo of doily after split chain tatting.
