Take a casserole or hotpot and fill it half with some hot not boiling water.
Then place the bowl of milk mixed with starter inthe casserole.
Close the lid and leave for 5_6hrs.
The curd is set.if it has not set,then empty the casserole and refill with some hot water and repeat the process.it will hardly take half an hour.this method can also be used in summer if you want to set the curd in less time
