Crochet frock

made this crochet frock for my niece.bofive is made using half double crochet  and the frill design is made using double crochet.it is made top down..
 

Knitted cap in round

 It is 4 ply wool and 132 stitches are cast on for the cap in tound

It can be folded in double for extra warmth.

Cap pattern in round

 Have started to knit a cap of adult size with cable needle in round.

C2C in round

 

When you reach end of row then make slip stitch in single crochet 

Then turn your work

And do slip stitches inthree double crochet and then do a C2C cluster in the chain space.

The slipstitches are done.

The first cluster is made.the other clusters are made in respective spaces and round is completed.

A cap in C2C pattern

 This cap is made in round just like sleeves.

1st round_13 chain was made and C2C cluster                      was made alternate chain .6 cluster                        was made.a few inches tail was left                        before making chain to sew the hole.                    On top of cap                   

2nd round_increase was made after alternate                                cluster(as the increase made in                             adding flare to princess coat  in                              previous post.)

3rd round_in this way wehave 12 clusters in this                      round

4th round_make increase after every two cluster

5th tound_we have 18 clusters

6th round_no increase simply clusters are made

7th round_same as previous round.

8th round_increase was made after six clusters.

9th round_we have 21 clusters.

           After this cap was crocheted simply till the required length of cap was reached.this is the measurement of cap for 3yr old .for different size increases can be made accordingly.

   Inthe end top hole was sealed with help of the tail left at the beginning.

A belt for the princess coat

 I have added two buttons and atwo C2C stitch belt for the coat.

              For body _3.5mm or 9no

No of stitches decreased for arm hole_7,5 ,3,2,1 every alternate row 

                                             For neck _1every altermate row till 40 stitches remain on each side then it is knit straight

Then front and back stitches ate bound off using three needle bind off.for some bind off two from the cable side and one from back side is taken to compensate for the shrinkage in cable side.

Armhole border stiches _134

V neck stitches 68 on each side plus 34 for .back.ietotal 170.
